A: Yes, The UTC accepts credit cards, personal checks, and money orders.
If you are paying with cash - you will need a receipt from the Bursar’s Office, then report to the UTC to register.
Q: Can I test at TSU-UTC even if I am not a TSU student?
A: Yes, TSU-UTC is campus and community friendly. You are not required to be a TSU student to test.
Q: Where is the Testing Center?
A: The University Testing Center is located in the Roderick R. Paige School of Education Building, basement level, room 007.
Q: I am an out-of-town first-time/new student/freshman; do I have to make a special trip to TSU just to take the placement test?
A: No, you do not have to make a special trip to TSU just to test. There may be options in your home state that will allow TSU testing services access. Please contact the testing center for more details. An official score report should be forwarded to the Undergraduate Admissions Office at TSU.

A: You are required to make an online payment of $80.00 to CLEP for the CLEP Examination fee at:http://clep.collegeboard.org/ When you call to schedule your test, you will be asked for the CLEP Ticket ID number to complete your appointment. The TSU Institution fee of $28.00 can be paid in advance at www.tsu.edu/testingor on the day of the test at the TSU Testing Center in the form of a check, money order or credit card.
