ACT Residual Testing Program (ACT-R)
An on-campus or Residual Testing program is available for participating colleges that wish to administer the ACT ® to their enrolled, admitted, or applicant students who were unable to test on a regular scheduled test date and did not meet the institution’s deadlines. Test Preparation: http://www.actstudent.org/testprep/index.html Registration: ACT Residual (ACT-R) registration can be processed through the TSU website or at the University Testing Center. http://em.tsu.edu/testing Candidates who register online are requested to print and bring the Transaction Document to the testing site. It is strongly encouraged to complete your test registration as far in advance as possible. ACT-R Test Fee: $55 Checks and money orders should be made payable to Texas Southern University Testing Center. Credit Cards are also accepted. ALL TEST FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE – NONTRANSFERABLE. Identification: Acceptable forms of photographic identification include, but are not limited to, the following:
Test Duration: Allow four (4) hours of testing time for the ACT-R Test Results: ACT Residual results are only reported to the administering institution. No Student Reports are generated, and no Additional Score Reports may be requested to report scores to any other college or recipient. Reporting Results: ACT-R scores will be available for course selection on the next-business day of the administration. No Student Score Report will be generated.
