SCHOOL TRANSFERS FOR F-1 STUDENTS
If a student currently holding a valid F-1 visa and is transferring from another U.S. college or university to Texas Southern University, the university requires the following documents:
- Valid Passport
- Original copy of the valid I-20
- Official Transcripts from all U.S. college or university attending
- Original I-94 arrival/departure card
- Foreign Student Advisor's Transfer Report form completed at the current college from which student is transferring
Students who leave the U.S. before the beginning of classes at TSU, must use the university issued I-20 to re-enter the country and must be authorized to attend Texas Southern University.
