When will I get my refund?
The refund process begins after the 1st class day of each semester, and is processed
on Tuesdays and Thursday throughout the year. Please visit any

To check the status of your refund login to the MyWeb account.
- Review your Account Balance:
- Enrollment Services → Financial Aid → My Award Information → Account Summary by Term
- If your account shows a Negative balance, your refund has not been processed.
- If your account shows a Balance of $0.00, your refund has been processed and either:
- Will post in approximately 5 Business Days*,
- Direct Deposited to your Bank Account (will post in
approximately 72 business hours), or
- Credited to your E-fund card (will post in approximately 72 business hours).
Refunds are either:
- Mailed via US Postal service to you at the last mailing address posted in your MyWeb account.
- To view your Personal Information, navigate in MyWeb to:
Personal Information → Update Address and Phone(s)*
- Direct deposited only if prior arrangements have been made:
- Please visit the Office of Student Accounting to add or
update direct deposit information.
*Please ensure that you have a current and valid US mailing address in the MyWeb system.
