- Complete an application for readmission
- Meet the minimum program requirements (see appropriate college or school)
- Submit transcripts from other colleges if applicable

Note: Students who are Permanent Residents of the United States must supply certified copies of both front and back sides of their federal Green Card along with the admission application.
Also, students who are not in good academic standing, need to contact their deans office. This is a requirement to be readmitted. |
